Prosoft-Systems awarded certificate for 1st place for developing and implementing the AVANT RZSK relay protection and emergency control signal transceiver
The original device, AVANT RZSK, from the engineering company Prosoft-Systems, was recognized as the best at the 16th International Exhibition "Electrical Networks of Russia 2013" in Moscow.
First place in the category "Relay Protection and Emergency Control Automation and Control Systems" for the development and implementation of the AVANT RZSK was awarded to the company by no mere chance. The AVANT RZSK signal transceiver for relay protection and emergency control (RP and EC) has a special set of characteristics not found in any other device.
According to Alexei Chirkov, Deputy General Director for Energy Communications, the AVANT RZSK device can perform three different functions at once: transmit high-frequency protection signals, receive relay protection and emergency control command signals, and transmit them. "This 3-in-1 device saves equipment and communication channels, while ensuring all systems operate reliably and interruption-free, which is the number one priority for most of our customers," Alexei adds.
The AVANT RZSK transceiver has withstood fierce competition among the equipment pieces presented at the exhibition by more than 500 scientific, design, construction and operating organizations from many countries across the world.
The exhibition took place from December 3 to 6 at the International Exhibition Center MosEXPO in the All-Russian Exhibition Center with the support of the Russian Federation Ministry of Energy and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The event was organized by the Council of Power Industry Veterans and CJSC Electric Networks.
Energy workers from the CIS countries; equipment, construction and materials manufacturers; and energy specialists from other industries in Belarus, Great Britain, Hungary, Germany, India, Spain, Italy, Kazakhstan, Canada, Cyprus, China, Korea, Lithuania, the Netherlands, Poland, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, the USA, Taiwan, Turkey, Ukraine, Finland, France, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Switzerland and Sweden. Over 20,000 people attended the exhibition.
For information: During the exhibition, Prosoft-Systems presented equipment for process automation system (PAS) of electric substations; cutting-edge solutions for distribution networks; instrumentation and control systems; emergency control automation (EC) and electrical network monitoring for substations and industrial power facilities; and communication equipment for RP & EC.
