COVID-19 announcement

Dear Prosoft-Systems Customers, Partners, and Distributors,

According to World Health Organization ( recommendations, we have to announce significant measures to counter the spread of COVID-19. In these exceptional circumstances, we believe that it is our corporate responsibility to take concrete action. 

The health and wellness of our employees, customers, partners, distributors, and the general public is our priority. As a result, we are now limiting the business travel of our team members and instructing some Prosoft-Systems employees to work from home.

Our offices in Yekaterinburg, Moscow, Khabarovsk, and Minsk will continue their normal operations as follows:

On Manufacturing

Prosoft-Systems policy provides for the constantly available stock of key components. Nowadays, we continue to maintain our manufacturing for the time being.

On Delivery

The availability of the equipment is essential for your business. In this regard, we will provide the delivery unless we have other special instructions.

On Support

We will continue to provide technical support via phone and platform. If we have phone call limits, we will make a different announcement.

On Training

We have to stop currently in-person trainings in out Training Centre. Some courses (such as Energosfera Software Package, ARIS Automation System, REDKIT Software Package) can be continued online approximately in April 2020. We will provide all the details additionally.

Finally, at this unprecedented and challenging time, please allow us to sincerely wish you and your loved ones safety, continued good health and solace throughout the daily events as they unfold in the coming weeks and months.
